2015年4月2日～2017年4月1日生まれのお子さん

※応募者多数のため2019年度より4月入園のみ選考方式をとらせていただきます。
願書PDF（下記参照）をダウンロードし、必要事項を記入し郵送にてお申込みください。
願書受付期間 2月6日~2月12日（必着）
結果発表 2月16日までに郵便にて送付

Please download application documents and send by post to the school from February 6th to February 12th.
We will review your application and send you back the results by February 16th.
